A little about me…
 
I chose the name Powers for Life because I firmly believe that we all have the inner strength and wisdom to create lives that are deeply satisfying, purposeful, and filled with joy.

I am a Certified Master Life Coach, as well as a Certified Heal Your Life Teacher and Self Empowerment for Teens Workshop Leader, both of which are Heal Your Life programs based in the philosophy of Louise Hay. 

In the course of my life I have endured a lot of loss.  I have lost beloved family members and friends to accidents, cancer, and addiction.  I have also experienced the heartbreak of divorce.  These painful life events have served to help me become a compassionate, resilient, and wise life coach.   My mission is to help you heal, and process any fears, anxiety, or loss you may be experiencing so you can find balance and happiness again.  

Seven years ago I was lucky enough to marry my best friend and partner in life. While there have been ups and downs, we have learned how to appreciate each other’s strengths, encourage each other to be our best selves, uplift each other when the going gets tough, make each other laugh, and express genuine kindness and love for each other every day.
